The wait is over and spring is finally here! Just like everyone else, the team at Williams and McDaniel Property Management await the arrival of spring. Go for a swim at Regency Court Apartments (80 Speedvale Ave West / 316 Kathleen Street, Guelph)
One of the residents could not wait for the official opening and just had to go in for a swim.
This year, the pool at Regency Court apartments was opened earlier than usual. Although we had a late spring, the building managers at Regency Court worked night and day to make the pool opening possible, so that the residents could get a break from the scorching spring and summer heat.
Regency Court apartments located at 80 Speedvale Avenue West and 316 Kathleen Street are senior friendly buildings, located in the heart of Guelph. They are both close to shopping malls, bus stops and parks. There are ramps to the buildings, secure entrances, two elevators, hardwood floors, spacious laundry rooms, social room on-site, controlled underground parking, a newly updated swimming pool and manicured lawns. Both are less than 10 min walk to the Evergreen Seniors Center.
