Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

Williams and McDaniel Property Management

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

Message from the CEO

At Williams and McDaniel, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can fully participate in our community. Our dedication to accessibility, dignity, and equal opportunities is outlined in our AODA Policy. As part of this commitment, we have developed a 5-Year Accessibility Plan to continually enhance accessibility within our organization. We will regularly assess and update our policies and
practices to maintain accessibility standards.

Our focus will span specific areas such as customer service, employment practices, information and communications, and the design of public spaces. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those with disabilities and contribute to building a more inclusive society.

Thank you for your dedication to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to thrive.

Sincerely,
Zeljka Budjinski
President & CEO
