Williams and McDaniel Property Management is happy to announce the purchase of three new properties in Stettler Alberta!
Theses properties are located at 5717 45 Avenue, 5307 51 Avenue, and several townhomes on 47th Avenue. These properties will now be known as, Midtown Apartments, Yellowstone Apartments and Westside Towns respectively.
In total we are adding 35 quality rental suites to our Alberta portfolio, bringing our total for the area to a respectable 83 suites. The breakdown for each property is as follows, Midtown Apartments with 6 suites, Yellowstone Apartments with 12 suites, and Westside Towns with 17 suites.
The acquisition of these 35 additional suites strengthens our growing western Canadian portfolio. Each Building will now undergo upgrades and renovations to bring them to the well-known standard that we at Williams and McDaniel strive to uphold.
