Orangeville, ON-Williams and McDaniel Property Management visited Mrs. Dorothy Bevins at her new home to thank her for her 15 year tenancy at Mill Place apartments.
Zeljka Budjinski, Director of Operations, gave Mrs. Bevins a colourful flower arrangement with a thank you card in appreciation of her tenancy and bright spirit she brought to the apartment building.
"It was always clean and friendly building" Mrs. Bevins said. "I knew everyone at Mill Place and they still come to visit me at my new home. They are still like neighbours to me"
During her stay at Mill Place, Mrs Bevins also won "One month free rent" prize, awarded to one resident every year at each of Williams and McDaniel's buildings.
"It's always nice to see long-time residents win these prizes. Showing our appreciation and gratitude to our residents is a top priority for us" explained Ms. Budjinski.
