Williams and McDaniel is pleased to announce the new purchase of three apartment buildings in the beautiful town of Goderich. These properties are located at 52, 63, and 68 Suncoast Drive. The buildings at 52 & 68 will be known as Suncoast Village with 63 being known as Suncoast Heights.

These 56 quality rental suites fit well into our existing portfolio and provide our customers access to the Goderich area for the first time. Goderich offers proximity to nature, incredible views on the coast of Lake Huron, and a healthy dose of small-town charm.
