Williams & McDaniel Property Management is excited to announce that once again we are growing our Sault Ste. Marie portfolio with the addition of three new acquisitions.
These 3 outstanding buildings are a welcome addition to our existing portfolio in Sault Ste. Marie. We are now able to offer an additional 114 quality suites in the thriving city of Sault Ste. Marie.
Our new acquisitions include Cooper Terrace Apartments and Cooper Place Apartments, 551 and 537 Cooper Street respectively as well as Juliette Apartments located at 819 Trunk Road.
These buildings are now undergoing various improvements inside and out and we look forward to bringing these buildings up to the well-known Williams and McDaniel level of excellence.
