About the Role:
We are seeking a Leasing Agent to lease apartment suites, maintain high occupancy, support
marketing initiatives, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Respond to leasing inquiries within 12 hours
● Schedule and conduct property viewings
● Assist with applications and qualification
● Ensure accurate lease completion and communication
● Monitor competitor rents and promotions
Requirements:
● 2+ years rental consulting or leasing experience
● Proven sales and closing skills
● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service
● Organized and able to multitask
● Reliable transportation and computer skills
