Big Thanks to Our Residents for Another Successful Food Drive
We are pleased to announce another successful year of the Spring Hope Food Drive - an annual event that our 25 residential rental apartment locations generously participate in. Williams & McDaniel Property Management donates one dollar for each pound of food collected. This year, that was 3,770 pounds!
Noble Towers in Orillia raised the highest donation of 600 pounds (pictured below) while our Guelph apartment communities collected a total of 1,657 pounds - an excellent accomplishment, especially in today's economy.

The communities of Cambridge, Elora, Elmira, Fergus, Guelph, Kitchener, Midland, Orangeville, Orillia, Stratford and Waterloo have been very grateful for our efforts over the years having sent numerous heartfelt letters of appreciation, provided appearances in local newspapers as well as recognition from provincial government representatives.
"We live and work in the community and we like to give back to the community. A lot of residents in our buildings feel it's a united effort. There are a lot of families in need. It's a little way of lifting up their spirits."
- Glenda Fries, Marketing Coordinator, Williams & McDaniel Property Management
We understand that more and more people are relying on the assistance of agencies such as the Food Bank and Salvation Army given the current economic conditions. Even during the best of times, it is important to help those in need.
Every year, the generous donations of residents and the collective efforts of building managers, office staff and management make the Spring Hope Food Drive a great success. Thank you to all for another great year!
